Google Trends: Destinations That Will Be HUGE In 2018!


This one was a surprise to see on Google’s list. Known for it’s vibrant strip, unique dining, upbeat night scene and luxurious hotels and shows, this locale seems to still be thriving and a go to spot for travel in 2018.

Myrtle Beach has expansive white sandy shores that stretches for miles, with great entertainment, golfing, swimming and you can also explore the boardwalk in 2018.

This mountain town is so glamorous and luxurious with the opportunity for tons of winter sports, hiking, horseback riding, fishing and biking. With many farm to table restaurants and bars, it also has great shopping and is still a hot spot in 2018.


Punta Cana is a tropical paradise filled with white sandy shores and clear blue waters. There are plenty of resorts that offer all inclusive packages with fun activities and delicious food options, it was on the list last year and remains in 2018.

The Maldives is made up of thousands of tiny islands in the Indian Ocean and it has some of the clearest waters with beautiful coral reefs. It’s a wonderful honeymoon or romantic destination for those looking to book travel in 2018.  


Turks and Caicos is easily accessible and is simply gorgeous with pristine beaches, with many villas and no high rise hotels. You can enjoy great food like conch fritters and rum punch as you take in the sun in 2018. 


This Indonesian island is exotic and has an eclectic landscape with active volcanoes, lush jungles, and tropical white and black sand beaches, you will enjoy the scenery during your stay here in 2018.

Cancun is a hot spot for tourists where the beaches are amazing with plenty of resorts, Mayan ruins and a bustling nightlife. This was surprising to be on the list based on recent increase in crime issues, but that hasn’t seemed to halt the bookings in 2018.

This island is filled with pastel-colored houses, hidden coves covered in pink sand where the weather is ideal for golfing and swimming. You can enjoy an eclectic mixture of cuisine due to it’s British, West Indian and Portuguese cultures during your stay in 2018.
