ELK COUNTRY LOOP- PENNSYLVANIA

The mountain forests in this part of Pennsylvania is gorgeous and is known for its inspiring beauty, especially in the fall as the colors of the leaves turn orange, mustard and scarlet. This loop makes for a wonderful road trip.

TOWN OF FALLS VILLAGE- CONNETICUIT

This village is filled with miles of stone canals running along the Housatonic River and the great falls. The churches, railroad depot, streets and houses have also maintained their 19th century integrity which makes for a unique sight on this road trip.

POINT MUGU STATE PARK-  CALIFORNIA

Point Mugu State Park makes for a great road trip as it is located in the Santa Monica Mountains. It has five miles of ocean shoreline, with rocky bluffs, sandy beaches, sand dunes, rugged hills and uplands, two major river canyons and wide grassy valleys.

The Freedom Trail is about a 2.5-mile route that leads you to 16 historically significant sites where you can explore museums, meetinghouses, churches, and burying grounds while learning about the brave people who shaped our nation.

LAKE HURON- MICHIGAN

This route, driving along Lake Huron you will see one small resort town after another in your view. You can go alongside the marina, explore the beach or drive and view the murals on the community playhouse.
