Simple Natural Methods To Clear Up Acne Scars

OATMEAL 

One of the leading methods of clearing acne scars is the use of an oatmeal cleanser. It helps eliminate other skin defects like blackheads and also helps in the effective removal of acne scars. The oatmeal method consists of a mixture of rose water and an oatmeal powder, include together to form a paste that you can apply over the areas of your skin affected by the acne scars. After applying, let it set for about fifteen minutes then rinse it off with cold water. This process allows the oatmeal to close all existing skin pores and helps clear up a lot of your existing acne scars. 

HONEY
Another leading acne scar treatment option is the use of honey. Considered as one of the best natural remedies for acne scars, honey plays a great role in defeating bacteria that actually causes acne. After cleaning your skin, you can apply honey to the affected part of your skin. Wait ten minutes before rinsing it with clean water.

ALOE VERA

Fresh aloe vera gel is a potent source of vitamins that can help to heal skin and fade scars. Apply it to your skin as it’s gentle, and it’s a wonderful natural moisturizer so you won’t have to worry about further damaging or irritating skin.

BAKING SODA

Baking soda is composed of sodium bicarbonate crystals which gently exfoliate the skin when used as a cleansing scrub. Just mix a few teaspoons of baking soda with enough water to form a thick paste then massage into skin where scars are present. Leave the mixture on for a minute or two then wash your face with lukewarm water.

CUCUMBER

Cucumbers are super hydrating, contains vitamin A, C and magnesium that helps in the healing of acne scars. Cut off a few thin slices, and lay them over your scarred skin for about thirty minutes, then rinse your face with cool water.

POTATO JUICE

Vitamin and mineral rich potato is another vegetable which is great for skin health and healing that you can use the juice of a fresh organic potato to fade acne and pimple scars by cutting off a few thin slices and applying them directly to the affected areas. Leave the potato juice on your skin for at least fifteen minutes before rinsing off with warm water.

COCONUT OIL

Coconut oil has so many natural healing properties as it has vitamins and essential fatty acids that works to improve your skin. Just scoop about a quarter of a teaspoon of organic virgin coconut oil into the palm of your hand and let it melt as it comes up to body temperature. Then massage the oil directly onto the scarred skin area and let it soak in as there is no need to wash out the coconut oil.

ROSE HIP SEED OIL

Rose Hip Seed Oil has essential fatty acids and vitamins that can help reduce scaring. You can apply it to  your face once or twice each day, just be sure to use organic cold pressed oil for ultimate results.
